About ORANJ

ORANJ Custom Printing began as an extension of founder Dan Steely’s graphic design work. Initially focused on creating album covers, posters, and promotional materials for his bands, he expanded to designing for other bands and businesses by the early 2000s.

In 2016, Dan designed a T-shirt for his beloved “Rat City,” White Center, Washington, located southwest of Seattle. His brainchild, “Ratsy,” emerged, and the initial batch of shirts, printed by a soulless big-box printer, sold out quickly.

Determined to maintain creative control and quality, Dan seized the means of production, acquiring screen printing equipment and mastering the craft himself, leading to the birth of ORANJ Custom Printing.

Today, ORANJ not only showcases its own unique designs but also offers wholesale printing and embroidery services for bands, non-profits, schools, artists and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. All the while, the ORANJ team ensures that every piece leaving the shop meets their high standards of perfection.

And remember, by choosing a Pacific Northwest independent like ORANJ, you’re not just getting quality gear—you’re investing in the community.

Join the ORANJ revolution, where every print is a stroke of originality, and every purchase supports the local scene!
