ORANJ Invention
Next, the artwork is separated by color, and each layer is printed onto clear plastic film. These films are used to expose the design onto screens in a darkroom.
ORANJ Precision
Films are aligned on emulsion-coated screens and exposed to light, hardening the background for washout.
Once registered on the press, each color is precisely squeegeed onto the garment, layer by layer.
